I have a big cat and a dog, and this water fountain has been a real blessing. Its 2-gallon capacity is perfect because I don't have to refill it every day, and the food-grade 304 stainless steel gives me a lot of peace of mind in terms of hygiene and durability. What surprised me the most was how quiet it is - you can't even hear a murmur, which is ideal for not scaring the most nervous Dogs like mine. Wow with this pet fountain, stainless steel, easy and quick to set up, to clean and refill it with water which has 2gallons capacity with a good water flow functionality. My 5 Dogs has been really drinking so much water since I got this, which makes me relieve they are staying hydrated. This water fountain saves me time because I can refill the water every 3-4 days and even that.. water is still cold and fresh, which before I had to refill their plates with water twice a day (morning and night). This comes with water filters and everything to set up. Quality for a good price!

We have 5 animals in our home and thought that a large water fountain like this would be beneficial. The product is easy to use and as long as the reservoir is more than half full, is quiet. Once the water level drops below half, the metal body resonates with the falling water, so placement in one’s home becomes important. Our biggest complaint is about the Window model. The window consists of two plastic parts and a gasket, which are held in place by screws from the outside that are covered by a beauty ring. The interior plastic is easily penetrated by assembly which results in the screws rusting, which will contaminate the water and lead to product failure. The company provided us with a replacement once we told them about the rusting screws, advising us that they had an earlier production version that used different screws. The issue isn’t the screws, it’s that the interior plastic doesn’t offer enough excess material to prevent the screws from completely penetrating it and that results in exposing them to the water. I feel that the windowless model would not have this issue. They should either redesign that interior plastic piece for the window or discontinue production of it entirely.
